My story


I have always been an enthusiastic cook and gardener and love devising dishes using seasonal produce grown on my allotment. After several requests for a home-chef from guests at my nearby Airbnb property, an idea was born!

 Lockdown was spent chopping, peeling, weighing 

 and tasting, and Duck Street Home Dining was launched in April 2021. 

I provide a range of chilled home-cooked meals prepared in my West Dorset kitchen, ideal for putting straight in the oven after a busy day on holiday, at work or for days when you just don't feel like cooking..

Using home-grown and locally-sourced ingredients is a big part of Duck St Home Dining, so when I'm not busy in the kitchen I help tend our large veg plot alongside my trusty sous-chef and keen gardener husband Alastair.
